At Kai Collective, we want you to feel confident and empowered in your pieces; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags and packaging are intact to qualify for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original silk bags and shipping box, ensuring the return form is included inside the package.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
